Our Thanksgiving weekend was abruptly halted last night with a trip to the local Emergency Room. My hubby had some severe pain in his lower back and side that just took him by storm around 6pm last night. We rushed him over to the E/R which is literally around the corner from us, and found out that he had a kidney stone. So, we got him some medication and he's home trying to "pass" his stone. Hopefully he'll be as good as new soon!

Oh my Word! Trying to pass a kidney stone is probably one of the most painful things...hey, doesn't Glen have the same problem from time to time? What is it with you Somma girls marrying these guys with kidney stones??? Hope he's feeling better soon! Will pray for him and for Christopher who probably doesn't understand any of it!
You are right. Glen has had several problems with kidney stones over the years.. just recently too. I called him up right away for his expert opinion. Thankfully Steve's stone has passed and he is doing well. Chris had a great time in the E/R. He was very fascinated with the "hands free" Purell dispenser in the lobby.
